HEALTH CONSULTATIons
What do we want to achieve and how will we get there?
We offer all clients a health consultation and goal setting session, so we know what we’re aiming for and how we’re going to get there.
The session can be held online and will take around one hour. We will take your weight and measurements, assess your current lifestyle, motivations and barriers and set your short, medium and long-term goals.
We’ll be there to keep you accountable and achieve those goals!
Virtual classes
Train from anywhere and access five live full body workouts each week through Zoom. We will be there to guide to guide you through the workout and ensure you get the most out of the movements.
We chop and change the format but it’s usually an hour-long session with a circuit style main workout wrapped up with a cardio finisher with a great warm up and cool down with stretches at each end.
No equipment needed but you can add weight as you progress.
A friendly and welcoming group suitable for all fitness levels.
TazFit BootCamp
Outdoors, whatever the weather, we will get the heart and lungs working and give every muscle in your body a workout! In these circuit training style sessions you can expect to work hard through a variety of movements and challenges.
The session will include variations of each of the movements to cater for different abilities and allow you to elevate your fitness.
We will have a variety of equipment from tyres to battle ropes, slam balls and weighted bags for you to have fun with!
Currently space for a maximum of 6 and we will have strict Covid protocols in place.

1:1 Personal training
We can come to your home, gym or local open space or even host an online PT session at a time that’s convenient for you.
Balancing a fitness routine and busy lifestyle can be tricky, so we can help you stay on track, move up a level or hit a specific goal by personalising and tailoring your training programme to suit your needs.
Types of workout include a bootcamp style, flipping tyres and getting muddy workout, or a barbell, kettlebell or dumbbell workout to develop strength and cardio as required.
Equipment can be provided.
